During our 3 day retreat, we explored the connection between mind, body and life, through yoga, dialogue and self-inquiry. We did yoga twice daily, watched videos on Krishnamurti and discussed together, shared catered meals together, and went on a hike in the surrounding mountains as a group. Participants stayed up after dinner to chat and hang out on the beautiful back porch of the Pepper Tree Retreat
